He believes in a client centric approach ensuring that company structures are cost effective, well thought out and tax efficient, any client going through Precision Accounting has sustainable and scalable businesses with an emphasis on local and international tax compliance.

Henry is a dual-qualified US and UK tax advisor with extensive experience in tax planning, cross-border structuring, and investment strategies. Over his career, Henry has advised clients in more than 20 countries, including sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, hedge funds, and high-net-worth individuals. His innovative tax strategies have collectively saved clients hundreds of millions of dollars.
Henry’s expertise spans tax-efficient investing and US real estate strategies, helping clients optimize returns while navigating complex tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Ghazal Naz

Ghazal is an ACCA qualified accountant that has been assisting SMEs become tax compliant in the UAE for over 10 years, working one to one with clients specializing in VAT, Corporate Tax, Auditing, Anti Money Laundering policy structuring and IFRS standard accounting.
She has conducted accounting for industries such as trading, financial services, real estate and retail having conducted accounting and submissions for over 100 firms in the UAE.
